C&#8217;est un exercice de concentration tant au niveau des encha\u00eenements de mouvements qu&#8217;au niveau respiratoire. En effet, le Poomse est travaill\u00e9 en puissance et se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9prouvant s&#8217;il est correctement effectu\u00e9, d&#8217;o\u00f9 l&#8217;importance d&#8217;une bonne respiration. Les Poomse refl\u00e8tent toutes les bases du Taekwondo: les positions, les blocages et les frappes avec les bras ou les pieds.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique des diff\u00e9rents Poomse permet d&#8217;entra\u00eener l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision, l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre, ou encore le rythme, que cela soit au niveau des blocages, des frappes, des positions de jambes ou des coups de pieds. A la fin de chaque Poomse, le pratiquant se retrouve \u00e0 la m\u00eame place qu&#8217;au d\u00e9part, et ce qui s&#8217;ex\u00e9cute \u00e0 droite se fait \u00e9galement \u00e0 gauche et vice-versa.
